WizLabs s.r.o., located at Hartigova 1214/89, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, ID: 24973505 ("Controller"), protects the personal data of A2 Zkouška users in compliance with the EU GDPR.

1. Data Collection

1.1. Identity Data: Email address and name (via registration or Google).

1.2. Payment Data: Subscription status. Credit card details are handled securely by Stripe; we never store or see your card info.

1.3. Learning Data: Progress, XP points, answer history, and time spent practicing (used for our SM-2 algorithm).

1.4. Technical Data: IP address, cookies, and browser type.

2. Legal Basis

  • Contractual Necessity: To provide the service and manage your subscription.
  • Legitimate Interest: To improve our questions and send you weekly progress reports.
  • Consent: For marketing newsletters (via Plunk).

3. Data Processors

We share data with specific third-party providers:

  • Supabase: Database hosting (EU-Stockholm region).
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • Plunk: Email delivery services.
  • Google: Site analytics and, with your separate permission, advertising measurement.

4. Retention and "Right to be Forgotten"

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you use the "Delete Account" feature in settings, all your personal data and learning history will be permanently and irreversibly erased.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. For concerns, you can contact the Czech Data Protection Office (www.uoou.cz).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, security and core app features. With your consent, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand visits and app usage. You can separately allow analytics data and advertising cookies to measure which Google ads lead to purchases. Advertising measurement uses our analytics data and therefore requires analytics to be enabled. Personalized advertising is disabled.

The Google tag loads only after you allow analytics. Your choices are stored in this browser's local storage under cookie_consent. You can accept all optional purposes, reject them, or customize your choices. You can change or withdraw your consent using Cookie settings in the site's shared footer. Changes take effect without reloading the page. Withdrawal stops future tracking for the purposes you disable and removes the corresponding first-party measurement cookies accessible to this site; it does not undo data processing that already took place.
